Sunday - Part 1:

There are not many who do not believe us when I say that it was pretty hard to get out of bed.

But incredibly, all of the GPL lads were, RFP, ready for paintball at. 07.00 When the breakfast was consumed, consisting of old pizza and beer, we were ready lined up at the entrance to the field.

At 08.00 was the starting signal. GPL rushed forward to complete our first assignment.

All GPL Lads apart from Stian and Eric (left to pick up more arm bands) stormed up to the crossing, we should keep. We were placed in all positions, when we heard a big roar, and saw that the sky was dark. Suddenly, it rained paint balls. two hundred South fairies attack our small position of nine GPL Lads. We ourselves do not budge, and was determined to hold the position. The Reverend (CIC) jumped in front and led the team with a proud and courageous GPL members directly into the secure defeat. GPL was taken out one by one, until only the Reverend was left. He did not know that they were all out, before he was surrounded in the bunker, and was painted from head to toe. GPL respawned and hokked with Stian and Eirik. We were all gathered once again to complete the new missions. To be continued.

The Paintugal will celebrate its 7th Anniversary, on the 8th and 9th of October at, Military Camp of Santa Margarida, with the support of the Army Staff, Armour Brigade and Constância City Hall.

This Paintball event is part of the “Big Game Alliance (union of the major organizers of the best European paintball events, with partners in the UK and France, www.bgalliance.eu).

Registrations are mandatory and take place from June 23rd to September 23rd. The ticket will allow entry to the Military Camp of Santa Margarida, compressed air refills, personal accident insurance and participation in numerous activities available. This event is BYOP.

The game will take place on 100 acres of hilly terrain at the military base, thus giving emphasis to the history of Operation New Dawn, held in Afghanistan by the units of Marines and Afghan National Army.

As usual, the Paintugal prepared an attractive plot for 4 hours of continuous play, that allow the involvement of all participants, from beginners to more experienced.

In the venue, players can do shopping, fair of used items from the players, markers maintenance workshops, shooting range, paintball auctions, airball 3 vs 3, TPX duels, CQB lessons, abseiling, climbing and slide. These activities are included in the ticket of the event and there will be raffles for prizes at the players party.

There are also envisaged radical activities that require reservations and have minimum number of participants: Tandem Skydiving Parachute jumps

In the day following the event (09/10/2011), it´s a free day to enjoy the local tourism, meet environmental and cultural heritage of Constancia. There are also anticipated programs of sports, nature and adventure, which require reservations and have minimum number of participants. Rising with BODYCOMBAT, canoeing, visiting the castle of Almourol, mountain biking, camaraderie lunch and other activities.

Paintugal – Portuguese Association of Recreational Paintball APD – is a nationwide association, non-profit organization that aims to promote and publicize the sport of Paintball.

Paintugal is an association that is unrelated to partisanship and political ideologies, advocates non-violence, cultivates sports fair play, camaraderie and friendship among its members.

Paintugal encourages the promotion and realization Recreational Paintball outdoor Games, promotes nature conservation and cultivates environmental education.

Saturday started quite hard. We got up at about. 8:00 local time. Went straight to the food cart and then to the pub on wheels. We were never tired of the magical shopping street, so it was a few hours shopping and drinking before the squad leaders were going to examine the game field and in a meeting with General TAZ. A few hours later it was back to the Lads and beer. Shortly after reviewed the field with the rest of the squad. We made some serious tactical plans. Never went tired of beer, either. It was easy to see when party started. That part of the festival, we were determined to win. Something I also felt that we did. The ingenious party was filled with different activities. Paintball eating, fun things that involved cinnamon, syrup and much more. For those interested, there were strippers. But it was obviously not of any interest to us. The majority went home after this, but the party had not started yet. We partied and drank enough for two squads. (£ 2.60 per pint.'s incredibly cheap in Norway). It should be noted that the bar on wheels closed for the evening shortly after the strippers were finished. But it did not stop us. Our bartenders came out and drank with us to about. 2:00 local time. Then it was almost time for bed. We were, after all, getting up at. 6:30 local time on Sunday.

The plane went from Rygge at 08:00 local time.
We landed at. 9:00 local time at Stansted Airport.
We were picked up by our private bus (Never use TRAVEL FORCE. Read Sunday 1 May). The trip went smoothly, etc. We arrived at the Swynnerton Camp and Training Area three hours later.
After lodging and registration, we went straight to the bar on wheels, where we were welcomed with open arms. It was amazingly the same Lads who were there last year. So the Service was impeccable.
After received a beer each, we went down the magical shopping street. We immediately started our big shopping rampage.
We also hokket up with the Lads from GPL Oslo UK Division.
We stopped at the Tippmann tent, where we met our dear friend Paul Banks from Tippmann Sports. Stian and Kenneth got a fantastic deal on their equipment from Thomas Banks at BZ Paintball. The rest of the day went to mengle with old and new friends. We drank and enjoyed ourselves. What a wonderful start to an insane weekend.

Vi var to stykker som var der i år. Og det angrer jeg ikke på for å si det sånn.

Dette er en paintball festival. Dvs. Fest, messe (expo) og Big Game (søndag)

Vi starter med avreise ifra Rygge flyplass til Stansted.

Tog til Stafford (evntuelt Chartre buss)

Annen transport til det Militære øvingsfeltet i Cold Meece.

Vi innlosjeres i enten campingen eller brakka. Vi valgte brakka.



Vi brukte mye tid i handlegata der du finner Mange kjente forhandlere.

Det finnes en mat vogn for hver tredje bod, så nok å velge i.

Det finnes til og med en BAR på hjul






På Lørdag er det Spiller party. 

Big Gamet starter på søndag og i år deltok det 1562 spillere ifra hele verden.

Ny Europa rekord!

Og jeg tror neppe det vil bli no færre i 2011.



Etter spillet så tar vi toget tilbake til flyplassen.

Og sjekker inn på Hotellet.

En deilig dusj og en god seng er ikke å forakte.

Flyet går på Mandag morgen.



Prisen på denne fantastiske turen er 2000-3000kr.

Vi brukte 2200kr, vom var verdt det.

Vi hadde en fantastisk tur i England og derfor drar vi tilbake.

Og håper flere blir med.



Vi skal også slå oss sammen med noen engelske spillere vi traff.



Fristen til påmelding kommer senere.

Vi vil også prøve å stille i lik uniform.

Spillet 4/4 ble avlyst, men Gpl gutta fant frem no ball og fikk låne Fokker banen. Ble knall!

Billetter blir lagt ut for salg på billettservice 01.05-2010, klokken 09.00. I år har de baket inn luftfyllekortet, inn i billettprisen.Slik at dere slipper å stå i kø for å kjøpe fyllekort på banen.Og at dere slipper og vise frem fyllekortet hver gang dere skal fylle luft.

Da er datoen for årets Actiongame bestemt. Spillet finner sted i tidsrommet 6. - 8. august på den faste bane inne på tidligere Haslemoen militærleir. Aldersgrensen for å delta er 15 år. I år som i fjor blir lagene delt inn i fire kompanier; Abe, Carlie, Dog og Easy. De kommer tilbake med dato for når billettsalget starter.

Det er nå bekreftet fra XL paintball at det blir actiongame i år også. Dette er det største skogspill arrangementet i Norge i en gammel militærleir som heter Fort Haslemoen. Det ligger mellom Kongsvinger og Elverum.
